Peter Currie
wavepete@yahoo.com
Peter Currie is a Ph.D. student at the University of Canterbury, New
Zealand. His research interests lie in the application of recently
developed data analysis techniques and computer technology to measure
the physiological rhythms (primarily ecg & eeg) within and between
subjects and the mapping of the patterns within these rhythms to
meaningful psychological content. His aim is to show human
interaction/communication in terms of the synchronisation of nonlinear
dynamical systems. His primary interest is in the application of
nonlinear dynamics to clinical practice and the arts both practically
and theoretically. Peter is trained in clinical psychology and is a
professional actor.
