Per latest discussions please provide a cost & schedule estimate for the following items:

3 Aeron chair accessory "kits" - modular connection, tabletop and peripherals

1 command chair
1 pair standing hands
1 round knowledge fountain
1 overly large self-standing monitor arm
1 pair wall mounted hands (detachable)
1 toriod peripheral
1 console table

We are looking for a rough cost estimate broken out into materials and labor.

We would also like to know whether the items or how many of the items could be available between the end-of SIGGRAPH and 1 Sep.
